I've only just begun this blog, but at the heart of it is my desire to connect with people who are stuck on a problem in argus, or just underwriting real estate in general, and don't have the resources they need. Or maybe you just want to debate how to best manipulate argus. That's cool too! I would love to!

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Real Estate program.
After graduation I worked in Minneapolis at Integra Realty Resources, an appraisal firm, and then moved to LA and I'm now working in the Capital Markets group of JLL.
